Today, is Day 1 of my new printed out menu (see below for details). I am hoping that a jump start will help me motivate myself. I am so used to losing weight the wrong way (very quickly with a crash course I cannot stick with for too long-I love that damn pasta!) that the tedium of losing a pound a week is starting to get to me. However, I know that this is how I stop the yo-yo dieting and change my life for good so I am committed. Therefore, I have to remind myself to focus on my total number so far which is -18 pounds since December. Yay! But now the harder part begins.

Well, I am excited that I received my supplements today in the mail!!!!!! Got my bag of Loooziana valencia oranges and some green vegies. REady to go first thing tomorrow morning. I used Cole's menu to help me shop-thanks dawlin! but still had to call Jan for the low down on drinks. I am still not sure about the snacks. Is it one orange per day half in the am and half in the pm? And one supplement bar? I am going to take out some chicken and spice it up with Mrs. Dash's lime seasoning for dinner tomorrow And fresh broiled fish (caught this weekend!!) for lunch tomorrow with some raw green salad. (My co-workers won't be happy with the fresh fish smell-oops-well they ll get over it and be happy for me when I am shedding those LBS.

ReplyDeleteDay one is coming to an end. Ihad one delicious crispy chocolate nutrition bar and I am wanting another so I am going upstairs to make them less available. Hope I did everything right today, I can't remember peeeeing sooo much!!!!
